November 2006 - CVNP Tow Path Ride

The Ohio Handcycle group enjoyed yet another adventure on the CVNP Tow Path Trail.  This trail is frequented by the riders.  Now that there are two new bridges that cross over high traffic roads, our trip is much safer.  This trail is very popular and well groomed.  You can enjoy the scenic views of the Cuyahoga River, Ohio Canal, and a variety of sights that make Northern Ohio spectacular.  Please feel welcomed to join us any time in 2007 for our upcoming visits on this trail!
 

Cuyahoga Valley National Park Tow Path Trail - Cuyahoga County
Location - Along Canal Rd Under the I-480 bridge - follows Ohio Canal
Moderately low impact - great trail. Very Scenic

North of Rockside Road - Paved
South of Rockside Road to Akron - Crushed stone
Excellent Parking accessibility conditions and trail entry.
